Today I ran into some problems while upgrading Exchange 2010 SP 1 multi tenant to SP 2.
The error was “Setup cannot continue with the upgrade because the TevoSource <> process has open files. After some investigating I found that the Appasure Replay agent was causing some interference. Stopping the service (and killing the proces ID 1764 in this case) was the solution.
