I found a nicer method than the one I described in my post earlier, Resetting Health States in OpsMgr 2007.
Create a new State View with the following options :
Wait for the view to be populated, I didn’t take me a lot of time and then you can use Flush Health Service State and Cache.
You can select multiple agents at once.
